The only thing that annoys me is that the performance milestone for Steve is tied to the release of the PFS. I really wish companies would start setting SMART goals and put a timeline against that performance milestone, even a decreasing reward based on how far off the time-frame it is.

I think CAY will release the PFS this quarter, but I've owned too many stocks whereby deadlines have been missed but management are still rewarded for hitting the deliverable. Never mind the fact it's 2 quarters late!

Anyway, it's an exciting time! I'm a little sad we'll be reporting into this globally subdued atmosphere, but nevertheless, should perform well from here.
