Telfer is fine because it's not in the Bio Security Region, it's not that hard to understand.
Let me make this easy for you...
The image below was released by AZY about a week ago and clearly shows exactly where Commonwealth government biosecurity area begins..Pink line and below is Biosecurity
When you then apply that to the map from PSL below (formerly HDY, look at the investor presentation October 2017) in relation to Grace you can clearly see that Grace is in the Biosecurity Region
The reason why Telfer is fine as it is to the North of the Biosecurity area and not facing the same restrictions, hence why business is per normal.
