Exploration costs over $6 million per year btw! Bought them nothing but rehabilitation costs and a fine!
$32 thousand in sales. $3 million in costs...
total liabilities more than doubled this year
this thing gets dumped next week. Hence the classic Friday afternoon release.
i mean @Cljping found the winning quote. Ill add another "The ability of the Group to continue as a going concern is principally dependent upon the ability of the Company to secure funds by raising capital from equity markets, partly paid shareholders, and managing cashflow in line with available funds. These conditions indicate a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Group to continue as a going concern."
They're operation is reliant on raising capital and shareholder funding. After repeatedly failing short on CRs, it's not clear this thing can carry on.
it's followed by this
"Should the Group be unable to continue as a going concern it may be required to realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities other than in the normal course of business and at amounts different to those stated in the financial statements. The financial statements do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of asset carrying amounts or to the amount and classification of liabilities that might result should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern and meet its debts as and when they fall due."
this means if it all falls to shit, you might well be left with nothing asitsquite possible debts may exceed assets. Speaking of debts, the company is issuing more shares to Lind in exchange for funding through a "Share Purchase and Convertible Security Agreement". Unlke the Acuity deal, Lind can sell at their discretion (within guidelines), rather than only when LIT call upon it. Up to $300k a month. That drastically increases the chance of a death spiral (in moderate to distant future)
