"the situation" you reference has diddly squat to do with approval or economics to mine. The problem is that the company has demonstrated no progress toward approval or economics to mine in over 12 months. The only work demonstrated is raising money to pay wages. It is imperative the company demonstrates that some work is being done but they have not been able to do this. Long ago, people should be questioning the integrity and whether this company is on the level. Nothing to do with any government.
