The NT has been hungry for projects like this for decades.It is why they would help progress any NOI. Sadly, they cant help if there is no NOI. As previously posted my first hand experience with the NT government has always been very positive in supporting the progression of submissions. None took more than a few months to progress and these were all much bigger boys than this little fellow. If there are gaps in the submission my bet is they would point them out and guide the recommended improvement. But there is no opportunity because there is no submission.
You use the term nonsense Gaz, What is nonsense is no reported progress on a relatively simple documentary process for well over 12 months. No recorded payment to any consultant developing the NOI suggests there is no NOI progressing. It also suggests the company may not be on the level when it states the mining NOI is the top priority. The top priority demonstrated was getting more money but still no progress.
