Perhaps you're right.

The only reservation I would have on that front is the fact that the company could be placed into Voluntary Administration should it not be able to pay the bills, this would effectively deem the company to be worthless.

If the directors have lent money to EGR and it becomes insolvent, they may have access to some of the companies assets as creditors through a liquidation process.

This could include IP etc.

I hope for shareholders that this is not the case, however I would er on the side of caution with this.

I did like the idea of a Ecograf plant in WA, Aussie processing/manufacturing would be great. I don't think the graphite mine project is going to be feasible though.
