    External Council appointed to help lift suspension.
    Once trading again... will formally announce work plans and commence this work.

    Interesting...they obviously dont know what it will take to get lifted and while they are at it, use it as a bargaining
    chip to say, let us trade again so we can carry on with our business.

    This should not be the case. Work should continue at full steam.
