    Very interesting way of putting some resolution to the shareholders to vote for some BOD's when you can only vote either for a "YES" or to "ABSTAIN".

    NO "AGAINST" boxes there for you to tick. Only on one whcih wasn't relevant at all.

    Oh the good old NA ways of running companies.
