Yep, I read your post in it's entirety but unfortunately I noticed that you made the use of the word "If, If and More Ifs " on countless occasions.

Like we used to say in the old Country (Of course translated here), "IF" my Grandmother had all the wheels needed, I would have built a train...................... AMEN..
