I agree with you, TP. There are those who criticize share buybacks but it's one feature that makes me want to invest in a company. It indicates the company is making good money and the BOD don't want to gamble it by venturing off into some hare-brained non-core business (for example) like some I could name (who almost always come unglued.) Low debt and regular, FF divs; what more could an investor ask for? I guess that's why the sell side is very, very thin!
