I'm not sure where you got the 2 years behind schedule is? At 1 July we were 3 months overdue for payment.
Agree with the point not to take revenue growth at face value and I believe the shareprice reflects this. When i was reviewing previous announcements, I did note that mgmt had said they didn't expect to CR during calendar year 2020 on the basis of these payments being made so I feel a little less weary although those participating in the CR should recognise that should any % of the Saudi deal not come through, a chunk of the money raised is going to subsidise their purchase.
