I am not sure how long you have been following DRO. I think the contract was signed in June of 2018. They originally expected the final payment for the order the end of 2018, then early 2019 and kept on saying "next quarter" for all of 2019.
They eventually shipped the order in 2020 thinking that may prompt the Saudis to pay. They have had the guns for month now and still not paid.
They may pay. We may have given them free guns and diluted the company. But DRO wanted to record the revenue and take a chance that they will pay. Maybe that is a good chance but it hardly makes the first half of 2020 a success in revenue terms. It was actually quite awful with an old order being shipped with the hopes that maybe someday the client will pay.
My point is that if you read the above posts. Some posters thought this was DRO taking off and the pre trials working. Unfortunately that is not the case at all. For now at least.
