Whats up with the million dollar increase on employee benefit expenses?

Theres a few positives in there for me to plan an increase in my holding soon at these lower levels. I think people will realise now that SPP arent worth your money though (i sold half my holiday at 33c when i heard it which obviously somewhat happy about); THC need to start putting this together very soon considering the cash burn. Another raise will see this company fall to the low teens imo.
