I'm getting tired of hearing nothing new at all, forgive the following vent but:
The Tetra Health 30% increase in June line was already used in the early July announcements, and they still haven't disclosed a baseline for the 30% increase, so to me that's just standard bullsh!t marketing because they have nothing else. If I had 10 patients and another 3 enquired, that's a 30% increase. And it's enquiries, not actual converted patients, you could call any old call in an enquiry with loose metrics to get that figure up.
I like the below section best:
Likely Developments and Expected Results of OperationsInformation on likely developments in the operations of the Group and the expected results of operations have
not been included in these financial statements because the directors believe it could potentially result in
unreasonable prejudice to the Group.
In other words, they don't want to admit to doing sweet fa yet - that'll be in the next announcement with the next excuse. They've also said they have the capacity to raise more capital if required, but what about using that debt facility that seemed to be a must have at the time? Where is all this money going, because they've released nothing relating to it.
This line actually has potential: "Announcement of global medicinal cannabis sales orders from New Zealand and expected purchase orders of $250,000+ during Sep/Oct 2020" - but is this regarding new orders or just rehashing the $260,000 already received?
Also, yes, "WhY dOnT yOu CoNtAcT tHe CoMpAnY?". I have, and with less specific questions that could be answered more broadly and without the risk of any disclosure breaches. They decline to provide any sort of answer other than re-hashing the existing announcements which tell us nothing, and saying further updates will be released to market, which never come. It's been ongoing for months, so it's just an ongoing kick the can down the road; and that's if I get a response or an answer to my call at all.
I've been in since IPO, and continued to top up and support SPPs but I'm pretty over the company's inability to communicate and market efficiently and to actually get us there. I was called an idiot for selling out a portion of shares to buy back in lower towards the end of last year because we're off to the moon in 2020; and now we're back to IPO days. Anyone that shares the same view should be writing to and/or contacting management and asking them wtf they're doing, 'cause the current share price is a flatlining joke.
