I can't remember myself & can't see anything scrolling through the MAs, but did anyone say that JCs money would/could be used to retire the Winance debt? From memory the funding for the second cluster was already sorted late last year.
If the Winance loan was more of a LOC, then JC$'s could sit there dropping the interest payable and be drawn down as required.
I am no accountant, but perhaps this was the plan apart from needing $s.
