Thanks SP. Yes it’s standard that additional expenditures are added to the carrying cost … but, imo, the Additions at pg 24 should be footnoted with an explanatory breakdown … we should not have to do (and assume somewhat) the good work that you’ve done. Deloittes have drawn attention to the revised carrying cost and seem to be suggesting that it’s likely to be materially higher than market value ... and given that it's up for forced sale, maybe some sort of a contingency provision (I think) should have been reported … could be one reason why Deloittes are not satisfied that the report complies with the Aust Accounting Standards for giving an accurate representation of FARs financial position.
