s249D will need another special meeting. It is why we want to be sure of being very competitive, as these meetings cost real money and we don't want to waste what would otherwise be there for shareholders.

As I said, I will note vote on Friday's resolution, as I think it really is our only choice to get some value from the cyber venture, but believe we only got into this no win situation by poor management. By abstaining I will not support the board with my vote. I would vote against to spite them, but if enough of us did that we could spite ourselves.
