Blind Freddy can see these guys are not going to play a straight with bat shareholders, they never have before imo.
They will sell their shares to add to their cash pile, then make a play for TSI by offering peanuts. Take it private, and hold TSI over a baarrel as it becomes a multi billion doller pan Indian and international business.
Everyone crying over these silly little cyber businesses will get a lesson in trendy businesses as opposed to mega opportunities.

Sell cyber.
Buy TSI.
