BNZ was switched to OPT OUT as original incarnation was OPT IN... still of the opinion that it indicates that the pricing for BNZ was not on a "per user" cost - but a whole of service subscription model... IMO it would not have cost BNZ anything more than what they were already paying OR the switch coincided with the (then) upcoming contract renewal and a corresponding change in pricing.
Obviously its something that has never been disclosed to market... but I am thinking that BNZ is a subscription model like BoA... I do not know how OCBC pricing is modelled... or how much is generated via 9SP direct to customer - which you would have to assume would be lumpy revenue (only earned/paid at time of app sales of third party apps through the platform)
