It could be short term traders selling, the ones who bought into the FDA approval hype. To be realistic there has been many opportunities to make profit elsewhere in the market, so dumping PXS would be no issue for many.

I have been a holder of PXS for many years, and even now I have no interest in "averaging" down again into the stock....I have given it a lot of thought, and have even given PXS as a tip to friends in the market with the disclaimer "only invest what you can afford to lose". My bet would be that quite a few long termers would have the same outlook.... currently sitting on the side lines to see what happens next.
