    oh yeh. That is definitely a way of looking at it. All
    the stakeholders in a biz will have different priorities that change at different times. That’s one of the challenges a CEO has to navigate, what’s right for the shareholders, the customers, the employees, the board, the regulators etc... not to mention as to whether their decisions aline with their core values.

    So questions like is this over the top or not are fair. My opinion is that yes, it goes above and beyond what others might do. I’m a long holder, and ex-employee so for me I look at this and think... dang my share prices might not go up fast for a while, but I get the rationale behind it and I believe the share price will
    get back up to the 4-5 mark, but maybe towards the end of the year or early next year unless some other major thing pops up.
