I was comparing to previous half yearly financials and accidentally read the h1 18/19 report operational summary thinking it was this one. "Approvals soon, this will enhance sales!"
Groundhog day, the company won't rerate until there is significant progress. But at least sales are edging up in Europe and China and the US seems to have come back online in the last month or two.
