I think we have no choice but to vote YES. The company needs the money to develop and test the app and get it into production and also for continued development and testing of regulated products. It's to be expected of a company at this point in its life cycle.
My personal preference generally is to either vote yes or to walk. My vote has no impact and if I don't like what a company is doing, I can always buy into another company that I do like. No point in being a martyr in the market.
Just my opinion, obviously. Not sure if it helps.
