Yep, they have 3 weeks to pull off some magic. SPP payment due by Friday 26/03. I obviously won't be giving them any money if the SP is below or on the SPP offer - that would just be silly. Will hold off until 24/03 to make a decision whether I partake.

The Compass deal was signed late November 2020..... If nothing comes out of it within 4-5 months from commencement (i.e. April), there will be another CR down the track before we know it IMO. They better get cracking.

In mid July 2020 they raised 1.5M via a SPP.

And here we are again, about 8 months later raising 1/3 of that..... Do the maths. $500k won't go far, assuming they even get the full $500k, given where the SP is currently. But as mentioned, they have 3 weeks to turn that around. 3 weeks is a long time for a small cap - so I'm hopeful

Mgmt are obviously banking on Compass $ coming through. But if that doesn't happen.......... We've waited 3 months already.
