There's a line in the report that I can't help but laugh at; first line of page 4 in discussing the Whizzard solution:

"A significant proportion of these meetings are recorded but are rarely accessed."

If all the people recording their online meeting's aren't currently accessing the data, why will they pay for the luxury of accessing them moving forward.

Don't get me wrong, I do believe there is a usage case for a version of the product offered (defence and intelligence mostly), but jeez it's hard to keep believing in a company that will state in writing it's created a product for something that's not a problem and people aren't asking for.
