Agreed (hopefully). The eay I see it is that their ramp is huge and they have built a relationship moat that other companies can only dream to replicate. If you look at other competitors - calln; twillio: NICE... they all seem to want the customer to move their whole CRM platform to the competitor software or VOIP or server. Dubber seems to bypass that need altogether since a customer wont have to move anything. In a saturated market Dubber stands out at the moment because the offering isnt trying to compete against other fully vertically integrated competitors. It's adding value just being part of the larger value chain of Cisco; Teams; AT&T...
