there is nothing to suggest this money was loaned to Appstab. And while you can speculate all you want I seriously doubt Appstab would need 870k. It is far more likely to be loaned to a smaller company that they are hoping to acquire. Go back and listen to the interview and see which company acquisition was alluded to. Again I’m thinking you have no idea of how businesses deal with each other as a matter of course. All good businesses create as many symbiotic and /or mutually beneficial relationships as they can and this includes loans, mutual agreements etc
