Small shareholder buy back and a BOT buying... hmmm

With his background you wouldn't (presumably) think CIO will be sticking to the tech sector
And you wouldn't (presumably) think he'd jump on board without a bloody good rationale/plan...
Has anyone heard him singin' along with Johnny Horton??? North to Alaska...
