Now that NOR's VM App is compatible with Metaswitch, Tot can rejig his colour-coded spreadsheet to identify which telcos use Metaswitch MVM.

But what is the business case for the telco, subscribers and NOR.

The first attempt at shared revenues failed.

The second attempt with a free App is also a failure based on less than 5% penetration rate.

Disingenuous of NOR to trot out the line about the app being available to all Spark subscribers in March 2020 and then talk about migration taking 3 months in October 2020. And here we are in late April 2021 and there are less than 50k downloads in Google.
