IMO, the 4most important take aways from EWC’s Half-Yearly to Dec 2020 are as follows:
1. EWI’scommitment to EWC is unshakable and EWI’s financial resources are vast (see note 2b re: SCPE loan).
2. ROW’s(Philippines transmission line) are now just about completed and, once ROWtitles are annotated, financial loans may become available.
3. Targetdate for Pagbialo sub-station is now (again) January 2022. (As per 29 Jan 2021activity report, EWC advised that, on advice of NGCP, target date for Pagbilao substation was rescheduled from Jan 2022 to March- June 2022. Does this latest revised target date (Jan 2022) mean that NGCP is now expecting to complete Pagbilao substation earlier (ie. Jan 2022) than advised last year or is it a typing error by EWC and target date should read January 2023?)
4. Notarget date given for commercial operations of Eromanga.
