Yea they are with HUNDREDS of MILLIONS in CAPEX required before they can prove they can produce a single lb - whereas PEN can produce for $6m then ram up as the market improves and they sign new contracts.
This puts them in one of the best positions. Not sure how you can keep ignoring that.
