This is the issue straight from the report. Production at Lance is presently on hold. While they could restart using the old akaline process at what cost? Not the initial start-up but the costs to produce each pound?
If the U spot spikes and PEN can't meet its contractual obligations what happens. I am just trying to understand why PEN's price is depressed.
Of the U3O8 committed sales, 1.1 million pounds can be satisfied with open origin uranium in the next 3 years, with the balance to be supplied from Lance Project origin uranium
