Pen can get lance to produce up to 2-3M lbs a year and a massive rise that would cause spot to go over $52 dollars would put spot price at its 2006 price, this would make Uranium stocks run hard and would probably cause massive long term contracts to start at prices well over $100 dollars with inflation causing it to go even higher in the initial contracts.
