Generally it's the Board that will make a call on whether or not something is price sensitive. Generally any information that can have an impact on the entities share price is considered price sensitive but in reality it's the effect on the investors (buying and selling) that makes an announcement "price sensitive".
So reading between the lines with LIT you can be assured that the selection of what is and what isn't sensitive could be determined by opinion of what sounds good and what doesn't.
