so you re-read my post, or at least you copy/pasted it again, but did you actually really read it? "can we do anything legal to make some noise", you seem to have interpreted that as "let's sue them!! rabble rabble rabble". i'm not part of some angry pitch fork wielding mob mate, i'm part of this community of COI holders who is unhappy about the companies performance. what i actually meant was is there a legal way as a group of unhappy holders to make our voices heard to the directors. yes i know that's what agm's are for, but not what i was getting at. i don't know the answer to my question, hence why i asked the question. now shoot me down again
