It wasn't a personal attack. Unproductive, well that's up for interpretation. Maybe best to think long and hard before throwing words such as 'legal and petition' about.
But the point you make of re reading is an important one. You should re read all of COI's releases again, thoroughly. If you still have questions that 'really' concern you, again contact the company directly.
I highly recommend re reading what cmark pointed out in his latest posts, and follow up on the references he made in such releases. Valuable input and points made there.
