In the announcement we were informed that shareholders of AJQ would receive tax friendly benefit in this new spin off company. After reading the details I am not sure what existing shareholders are entitled to, including how many shares we will be eligible for; how much will need to to be paid for each share in both companies and will some of the new company shares be given to AJQ shareholders for free (30% ???????).

No doubt shareholders will be informed directly by company as to exact details. There has been a comment that nothing will be done until September but not sure of that timetable. We have seen a massive drop in the share price just before and since this announcement, with perhaps those in the know (forewarned) selling off high to pick up cheap.

If say a shareholder holds currently 500,000 AJQ shares how is that shareholder affected by this spin-off?
