    Don't blame Chinese and Covid for not signing OTs. Many ASX listed comapnies have good deals with Chinese companies. Many iron ore and lithium OTs have been signed between these companies. Further delay again proves that Bruce is not a good/trustable manager. The only good thing is VRX has enough cash to burn till OTs (may take 3-9 months).
