    Stage 2 to prepare for a more substantial capital raising, commencing quarter 1 of 2021, required to fund the scoping
    and feasibility studies for the Company’s Agbaja Project.

    Never said they would complete cap raising in first quarter only to commence it..

    I guess we wait?
