Looks good to me. I can't see the Company having any difficulty in sourcing the required feedstock as there are other power stations in the area - Hazelwood for one (only 8.5 km away).
I would say that the Govt. of Victoria would be extremely keen for this project to get underway as it provides much needed jobs boost for the community already smashed by power station closures.
