Yes it looks like the selling has slowed and I feel that the bigger investors can see that they will need to pay a fraction more than the basement bargain prices we are at, and of course why not with DFS/BFS to come and with various funds looking on with great interest and ready to pounce at the 100M MC. People sell for various reasons and that's the way it works but it gives others the opportunity get in while they can and with CAY it really is becoming a last drinks call.
