Revenue and profit contribution

The acquired entity contributed $3,645,085 of revenue and a net profit of $21,272 to the Group for the period

from date of acquisition to 31 December 2020.

If the acquisition had occurred on 1 July 2020, the acquired entity would have contributed $10,986,032

revenue and a net profit of $418,600 to the Group.
