Sounds more like a series A funding for the satellites rather than a fund Spacelink to launch deal and get the debt funding side of things sorted first. Find funding for the ground segment and launch vehicle costs later when EOS is a year older and in a better cashflow position and the Spacelink asset is more defined, hard to do an IPO for a satellite constellation without a satellite in space or launch date organised.

More realistic but greater chance for timelines to slip further for FCC deadlines as they need 2 satellites up by 2024 with that approach and doesn't give the short term value inflection they were implying at the AGM. It's a chicken and egg thing I guess and EOS is funding the next leg for payments for satellite production contract award before they have bankable customer guarantees which would be what the debt funding from EOS itself should be about.
