Yeah sounds more like the presentations from 3 years ago when they were bootstrapping as the UAE contract was first awarded. They have a lot more revenue now and had hoped with the last couple of capital raises they would be over that phase pending the Spacelink raise but now that isn't happening anytime soon so the bootstrapping continues.
It's disappointing but there are a lot more programs in the pipeline these days that can be progressed when something hits a wall as long as they keep getting the money from the UAE.
