Have had GWA on watch list for some months now. Solid respectable business with great product, now affected by supply chain issues, slowing renovations and commercial build perhaps, and rising rates that will inhibit spending for some
However, I am attracted to it because of its oversold position, multi year lows and sustainable 6% yield
Bought first medium sized parcel this morning and will top up if it continues to drift, particularly if it goes sub $2 (but I don’t think it will get there. DYOR
