Pretty simple for me .. as a long time user (before the pay wall came down) .. this stat is enough .. retention 94%.
For my own business - I get one or two phone calls a year lasting less than 10 mins. That is what it takes to keep my business.
It is a sticky product. North America represents a huge sticky client base.
Storage costs come down. Compute costs come down. Fuel will probably go up. Cost of cameras will probably go up - but resolution will go up as well - so cost per pixel coverage will likely go down - or the resoulution of capture goes up - so pixels get smaller on the ground for the same price (eg 7cm per pixel GSD versus 4cm and ultimately perhaps even 2cm). Think that makes sense.
