The additional direct expenses and operating expenses of around $40m is due to once off cost of $3.5m in litigation, $8.8m in new Terminal, $10m in new offices, and almost 140 new employees. The additional 30% growth in revenue is during all the lockdown in NSW, which accounts for almost 40% of their revenue.
if you exclude all the bendigo bank transaction, the organic growth itself is around 20% during November and December christmas peak. The earlier lack of growth is due to the numerous lockdown in NSW and VIC.
