1. What exactly is RC doing that you are not comfortable with? They have been very clear on their strategy whether you agree or disagree with it.
2. Not sure what you are expecting an acquirer to address here. See point 1.
3. Tyro will be impacted by the wider economy but transaction volume has hardly diminished even through covid.
4. As per point 3, however Tyro does not have any substantive exposure to interest rate risk

6. Tyro's position on various class actions is largely not in their control - they are simply responding to vexatious litigants.
