Great result.
A bug bear I have is this backing out of Share Based Payments as though it is not part of costs. And then do eps calculations on that distorted figure. Whether staff are paid with salary or shares, its still a cost. Makes no difference. It saves cash but it is dilutive. However it is certainly a cost to shareholders and backing it out makes them look desperate. And why, when the company is performing so well?
