I'm concerned.
As you say, staffing levels (now somewhere around 30 FTE I'm guessing) and no revenue growth apart from the loan book.
There's nothing here inspiring confidence in any way shape or form, even the Director's report is hardly upbeat. That may be deliberate in a sense that it doesn't wash over the poor results, but it will take an enormous leap of faith to stick with this one hoping it comes good in 12-18 months.
